I never thought in my life that such a young kid will have such observation power. When I started reading this book, I thought that is it worthy to even call it a book. But once finished, I was stunned. The author has beautifully narrated how there are always many sides of a same story. I will request Jayaditya to write a series of such stories. All the best for his future books. I am waiting.
I liked the story indeed. A well structured, mature style and language-rich for such a young writer... A prelude for more nice stories of the kind and, who knows, a long lasting and successful career in the field? All the best Jaya.
Felt like this was written by a literature expert. The choice of words, phrasing of sentences are bang on. Sentences start with meaning, end meaningful, no revolving around the same topic again and again (a lot of books do that). I would encourage you to write more and you should try to launch comics or novels or something which catches a larger audiences attention, pretty much chances of making it big. Keep writing.👍
I give the book 5 stars since it is very well written and I think it's quite a great work at this young age.It took me back to my childhood days, when we used to plan and play such games is summer vacations. Looking forward for many more fabulous stories..Keep up the good work Champ :)
Very nicely conceptualized. Nice for kids around 9-11 years age group. The last page is the cherry on the cake
A great work of imagination at such a young age. Beautiful writing and great way to explain everything in details including environment in which whole story revolves, strategic thinking by main character and nonetheless a proper ending. Great work. Keep it up.
First off the idea of having two pov accounts of same event in a book Niceeeee... The author does'n't loose his innocence and charm while delivering a great little fort-lore!!
The content is nice ,clean and new and it is nicely packed. which compel even a non enthusiastic reader to finish the story in one go . I loved the strategy to distract opponent by snowman .eagerly waiting for new stories to get published.
The moment you end the first paragraph, you are already immerged in the story and you see everything as if it is happening in front of you.The wonder that Jayaditya has done with his pen, could be a learning to the new writers. The way it all started, the way story proceeds and the way it ended - class apart!
Amazing story telling by a small boy. From the first sentence a reader is enchanted by the lucidity of writing. It is a very good book for a person of any age.

THE LAYOUT OF THE STORY. The last installation in the Brotherband series, written by John Flanagan, it’s the brotherband version of events, when the temujai nation, which had been harassing Skandia for years with nuisance raids are about to launch a full-scale invasion into the heart of Skandia. What first started as larger than usual nuisance raids, larger and larger numbers now start attacking the fort that commands the only feasible route into Skandia. The Skandians are alarmed to learn that the temujai may have found a second route, leading straight to the heart of Skandia. Rugged land and fast flowing, semi frozen rivers make the journey almost impossible, but the temujai are known to find ways through difficult land, and it’s up to Hal and his crew to stop them.
ABOUT THE GLOSSARY. I must tell you that this book is filled with a lot of marine-terms and ship-talk and personally, I find it really helpful that the author has included a glossary on marine terms. WHAT I THINK ABOUT THE BASING OF THE SKANDIANS. Personally, I think the author bases the Skandians on the feared Scandinavians, because some of their gods match up with the Scandinavian mythology, and the forms of the weapons and clothing also match up. For example, In the first book of the brotherband, Loki, the god of trickery is mentioned and in the second book, a slightly changed name of Thor, was used. MY RATING. I’d give this book about four out of five. I found some of the logic slightly wacky, but overall, the book was great. I’d definitely recommend it to my friends but I’d say it should be for 7 years+ cause’ there’s some fighting involved.
